What does it mean to be an Independent Contractor?

As an Independent Contractor, you are self-employed. You choose your own schedule, select client programs, and are responsible for your own taxes and equipment.
Do I need experience to apply?

Are there any fees to get started?

Yes. You’ll need to pay for:
A background check (required by Arise)
Any applicable certification fees for client programs
These fees are paid directly to Arise or its partners not to Solutions Guaranteed.

Yes. You’ll select your own intervals (30-minute blocks) based on availability. Most programs require a minimum number of hours per week.

We pay agents via direct deposit on a biweekly schedule. You’ll receive payment for intervals serviced, plus any bonuses or incentives earned.
